DIGITIZATION SERVICE

Conversion of huge paper collections to digitized artifacts by incorporating technology to streamline the digitization process.

Factors to consider are the following:

• Size and condition of the documents (stapled, fastened and/or clipped documents, old, non-standard size of paper)

• Scanning logistics (special scanning/imaging equipment for large format documents and bound materials)

The digitization process will cover the Grooming, Scanning, Checking, Logistics and Output.

Output of the process is a text file consisting of the tags and the native files to be imported to Enterprise Content Management software.
